Lo Bosworth's IVF Journey: A Miracle Baby Story

Lo Bosworth, known for her role on 'The Hills,' has openly shared her path to motherhood, which involved a lengthy in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey. She began the process in 2020, when she was single, and underwent multiple rounds, facing challenges such as a low AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone) level.

In 2022, Bosworth entered her second round of IVF, which was unsuccessful. Around this time, she met her husband, Dom Natale, and they pursued IVF for a third time in 2024, resulting in precious embryos. Early in 2025, Bosworth was diagnosed with endometriosis and underwent surgery to remove tissue and fibroids.

Despite these hurdles, a subsequent embryo transfer in April 2025 was successful. Bosworth and Natale, who married in July 2025, welcomed their daughter, Nelle, in January 2026. Bosworth emphasized that the journey was one of endurance and expressed immense gratitude for their 'miracle baby.'

Following Nelle's birth, Bosworth launched her podcast, 'Tell Me I'm a Good Mom,' on March 18, 2026. The podcast aims to foster real-time conversations among mothers about the complexities of early motherhood, focusing on the woman's experience beyond just the baby's milestones.
