Lisa Armstrong has reduced the price of her former marital home with Ant McPartlin for a third time, as the property struggles to find a buyer. The five-bedroom residence in Chiswick, west London, was once valued between £7-£8 million.
Following a significant fire in September 2023, which caused over £1 million in damages, the asking price was initially listed at £4 million in May 2024. It was later reduced by £250,000, then relisted at £3.4 million, and is now on the market for £3.2 million.
As part of her £31 million divorce settlement in 2020, Lisa was awarded the house, which she and Ant purchased in 2006 for £2.3 million. Potential buyers face extensive restoration work due to fire damage visible in several rooms.
The property boasts an 80ft south-facing garden with a studio, gym, and entertainment space. Ant McPartlin, meanwhile, recently purchased a new home in Surrey for over £10 million.
Tragically, Lisa and Ant also recently faced the loss of their beloved dog, Hurley, who passed away after a period of illness.
