The birth certificate, obtained by TMZ, confirms the arrival of their daughter on June 9 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. This news follows initial reports of the couple becoming parents, which emerged on September 11.

Gaga, who has been engaged to Polansky since 2024, has consistently expressed her aspirations for motherhood over the years. In a 2019 interview, she shared her hopes for her future children to experience a similar connection with their parents as she did with her own mother.
