King Charles III and Queen Camilla recently hosted a glamorous garden party at Buckingham Palace. The monarch, dressed in a morning suit, was the focal point, with hundreds of guests keen to see and photograph him.

Charles maintained a relaxed demeanor, candidly chatting and shaking hands with attendees. Queen Camilla also interacted warmly, accepting a book from an author. The couple's attendance marked the third of the palace's garden parties, a traditional series.

These exclusive events are strictly by invitation, with an estimated 8,000 guests attending each. Records suggest around 27,000 cups of tea are served during each party. The dress code typically includes morning dress or lounge suits for gentlemen and day dresses for ladies.

Last week, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, hosted a separate garden party. They were joined by other royals, including the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and Zara Tindall.
