In October 2025, Kayla Lochte, the estranged wife of former Olympian Ryan Lochte, is speaking out about their complex and ongoing divorce proceedings. Kayla, 34, filed for divorce from Ryan, 41, back in March 2025 after seven years of marriage.

The couple share three children together - Caiden, born in 2017, Liv, born in 2019, and Georgia, born in 2023. Kayla has now opened up about the challenges she's facing during this difficult time, describing the divorce as feeling "like being frozen in time."

Kayla has also raised concerns about Ryan's sobriety, alleging that she found empty bags of cocaine in their home.
