Kaepernick found his partner in MTV host Nessa Diab, with whom he welcomed a child in August 2022.
Earlier in his life, Kaepernick was interested in a Black athlete named Crystal. However, his mother's subtle disapproval of this relationship contrasted with her clear support when he asked out Lindsay, a white daughter of a friend, to a formal dance. Kaepernick is now married to Nessa Diab, and they welcomed their first child in August 2022.
