Hailey Bieber Holds Off on Cosmetic Botox Until Her 30s

As of October 2025, 28-year-old model and Rhode Skin founder Hailey Bieber has been open about her stance on Botox. Unlike many celebrities who embrace "preventive Botox" in their 20s, Hailey has made a personal commitment to hold off on using it for cosmetic purposes until she reaches her 30s.

"I made a commitment to myself that I wasn't going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s," Hailey shared during a recent podcast interview. She explained that the decision is not about judgment, but rather about personal choice and self-awareness. Hailey, who welcomed her first child with husband Justin Bieber last year, said she is comfortable waiting to make that decision later in life.

While Hailey is skipping cosmetic Botox for now, she did reveal that she uses it for medical reasons. She gets Botox injections in her jaw to help with TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders, which can cause tension and chronic jaw pain.

Hailey's approach to beauty and skincare has also been influenced by her mother, Kennya Baldwin, who has not used Botox. "My mom has no Botox," Hailey said. "My mom does nothing to her skin and she looks insane." Inspired by her mom's natural beauty, Hailey prefers treatments that feel more natural and safe, such as laser treatments and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) therapies.
