The estate, purchased in 1933 by her great-grandfather Suraj Bhan Tiwari, has been meticulously restored.
Gauri Khan collaborated with her cousin Rustam Tiwari on the redesign, preserving the home's soul while adapting it for modern luxury. The property emphasizes large communal spaces and warm materials, fostering family togetherness. It offers exclusive stays for families or groups, with room tariffs ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per night, or the entire villa for ₹1.2 lakh per night.
