In September 2025, Freedom Boat Club of Northeast Florida has unveiled a new location at Julington Creek West, offering its members an expanded fleet of 17 additional boats, including 13 brand-new Barletta pontoon boats.
The new Barletta pontoon boats are designed with convenience and safety in mind, featuring electronic tops that enhance maneuverability. These family-friendly and pet-friendly vessels offer comfortable seating arrangements, including a co-captain chair and perimeter furniture, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all passengers.
The Julington Creek West location, which opened earlier this year, provides members with instant access to the St. Johns River and various local landmarks. Boaters can now explore downtown Jacksonville, Black Creek, Doctor's Lake, and more, with the option to dock at popular restaurants along the way.
This new addition complements the existing Julington Creek Marina and is one of five locations around the First Coast where Freedom Boat Club members can enjoy their boating freedom. The expansion aims to offer members more luxurious experiences, complete with a red-carpet concierge service to cater to their every need.
