Devotees Eagerly Await Darshan of Goddess Annapurna's Golden Idol

In the upcoming days, devotees in the region will have the opportunity to witness the golden idol of Goddess Annapurna. The Maa Annapurna temple in the area will be opening the doors to the idol from October 18, which is Dhanteras, to October 22, which is Annakoot.
The Mahant of the Maa Annapurna temple, Shankar Puri, has announced that special prayers for the Goddess will commence at 3 AM and continue until 4:45 AM. The temple doors will then open for devotees at 5 AM. For the next five days, devotees will be able to have darshan of not only Maa Annapurna, but also Bhumi Devi, Lakshmi, and the silver Mahadev.
The temple authorities have made extensive arrangements to manage the expected influx of devotees. Devotees will be allowed entry through the Bansphatak Kotwalpura Gate, passing by the Dhundhiraj Ganesh, before reaching the Annapurna temple on the first floor via temporary stairs. Treasure and lava will be distributed on the first floor, and the exit will be through the Ram Mandir premises and Kalika Gali.
To ensure the safety and security of the devotees, the temple has installed two dozen CCTV cameras and will have a medical team on standby. The five-day darshan will be open from 4 AM to 11 PM daily, with a special VIP time slot from 5 PM to 7 PM.
