Dad of 7 Dies Suddenly, Family Seeks Support

Carlos Abrahams, a 35-year-old father of seven children from Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on June 20. His wife, Ronjera Abrahams, shared the devastating news on social media, stating his death was sudden and heartbreaking. The couple already had three sons before Ronjera gave birth to identical quadruplets in 2024, making them a family of seven. Carlos was a restaurateur and a Marine Corps veteran who owned Crave'n Caribbean.

Ranjera described her late husband as a hardworking man who deeply loved his family and strived to provide them with opportunities he never had. She remembers him as her best friend, with whom she built a cherished life over sixteen years. In the wake of his passing, a GoFundMe campaign has been initiated to support the family. Ronjera now aims to honor Carlos's memory by establishing a nonprofit dedicated to addressing men's mental health issues, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing well-being over relentless pressure.
