Couple Invites Buc-ee's Mascot to Wedding

Brody Baumann and Marci Clayton are honoring their unique meet-cute by extending a wedding invitation to Buc-ee the Beaver, the beloved mascot of the convenience store where their romance began. The couple first crossed paths at a Buc-ee's location in Texas in January 2021. Since then, their relationship has flourished, leading them to plan a June 5, 2027 wedding.

Their endearing request includes a special sign and a save-the-date for the beaver mascot. Baumann recalled the initial encounter, where he boldly asked Clayton for her contact information. Despite her initial hesitation, they began dating shortly after and have been inseparable. The couple plans to incorporate Buc-ee's theme into their celebration, with a groom's cake featuring the beaver and potential roles for Buc-ee, such as ring bearer.
