Citroen has launched its new C5 Aircross SUV, designed to tackle the worst road conditions with a groundbreaking suspension system. Featuring 'progressive hydraulic cushions,' this technology aims to deliver an unparalleled smooth ride, likened to a 'flying carpet,' effectively mitigating jolts from potholes and uneven surfaces. The stylish family-friendly SUV starts from £30,495 and is available in hybrid and fully electric models.

The interior boasts a contemporary design with comfortable, sofa-like seats, a 13-inch central screen, and wireless phone charging, creating a lounge-like atmosphere. Practicality is enhanced by a flexible boot space. The new model aims to blend comfort with stability, a hallmark of Citroen's historical engineering prowess in suspension design.

Offered in three trim levels, the C5 Aircross is available now with an eight-year warranty. The petrol hybrid model is priced from £30,495, while the fully electric version starts at £34,065. A high-spec plug-in hybrid variant with a 53-mile electric range will also be released.
