Caddo Mills Hosts Rocking Fundraiser and Christmas Celebrations

As the holiday season approaches, the communities of Hunt County are bustling with a variety of festive events and charitable initiatives. In Caddo Mills, the local Historical Society is hosting a rock 'n' roll fundraiser on November 15th, featuring a performance by The Blandelles. Proceeds from the $5 tickets will benefit scholarships for Caddo Mills High School students.

Just a few weeks later, on December 6th, Caddo Mills will celebrate its annual Christmas parade and Santa's Workshop. The parade, themed "Candyland," will feature floats, festive vehicles, marching bands, and cheer groups. Meanwhile, the Santa's Workshop event will allow children to share their Christmas wishes with the jolly old elf himself.

Not to be outdone, the city of Greenville is also gearing up for its own holiday celebration. On December 5th, the Parade of Lights will light up the downtown area with a dazzling display of floats, festive vehicles, and more.
