Celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey Unveils Wild Portland Eatery

Celebrity chef Brian Malarkey's highly anticipated first Portland restaurant is slated for a July opening, bringing a distinctive steakhouse and seafood grill concept to the city. The venue, located in the former Oba space, is designed to be a unique Oregon-themed dining experience.

The restaurant's interior promises an eye-catching ambiance, featuring sand-like terrazzo flooring and a replica of the Jantzen Beach diving girl sign. Patrons can expect unconventional decorative elements, including a motorcycle mounted on the wall and stripper poles in the bathrooms. A private event room offers a themed setting with natural branches and animal motifs.

Executive Chef and partner Jose 'Lalo' Camarena has crafted a bold menu. Highlights include decadent seafood towers, impressive tomahawk steaks, and adventurous preparations such as Kentucky-fried rabbit and a steelhead aguachile.
