Actress Anushka Sharma and her family have made substantial real estate investments, recently purchasing three apartments in Mumbai's Godrej Skyshore project for a combined ₹44.1 crore. These three homes are situated on the 24th floor of Tower A in the Yari Road, Versova development.
Two of the apartments were registered on July 8, 2026. Sharma individually purchased one for approximately ₹14.9 crore, featuring 2,153.7 sq ft of space. Her parents then acquired an adjacent unit for ₹10.91 crore, measuring around 1,577 sq ft. Both properties include basement parking.
The third apartment was jointly bought by Anushka Sharma and her husband, Virat Kohli, for ₹18.29 crore. This deal was registered on July 21, 2026. The Godrej Skyshore project is currently under construction, with possession anticipated by June 30, 2031.
These Mumbai acquisitions follow a major investment made earlier in 2026. In January, the couple purchased two land parcels totaling 5.19 acres in Zirad village, Alibaug, for ₹37.86 crore. This marks their second property investment in Alibaug, having previously bought nearly eight acres in 2022.
