Actress Lovey Sasan Celebrates Karva Chauth, Highlights Mehndi and Fasting Traditions

In October 2025, actress Lovey Sasan, known for her role as Paridhi in the popular TV show 'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya', celebrated the festival of Karva Chauth with her family. Lovey, who has also been part of other shows like 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain', 'Kitani Mohabbat Hai 2', 'Kya Huaa Tera Vaada', and 'Savdhaan India', has been married to a Bengaluru-based businessman, Koushik Krishnamurthy, since 2019. The couple has two sons, Royce and Prince.

Speaking about her Karva Chauth celebrations, Lovey expressed her fondness for the ritual of applying mehndi, stating that the beautiful drawings make her feel positive and look pretty. She believes that the deeper the color of the henna stain, the stronger and more prosperous the couple's bond. Lovey also emphasized the significance of fasting, explaining that the primary reason is the longevity and well-being of the husband and their relationship.

Currently not shooting for any project, Lovey shared that she is enjoying making every festival special with her family. She believes that participating in these rituals connects her with her culture and loved ones, creating a sense of togetherness and mutual support. Lovey considers the Karva Chauth fast as an expression of deep love, loyalty, and commitment, strengthening the emotional and spiritual bond between partners.
