93-Year-Old's Ingenious Trick Reunites Him with Lost Dog

On October 4, 2025, 93-year-old Norm Feigenbaum's 7-year-old rescue dog Sunny went missing after escaping from his backyard. Feigenbaum was devastated, thinking he had lost his beloved companion. However, he refused to give up and reached out to the local search and rescue team, Dog Days Search and Rescue.

The team immediately sprang into action, putting up posters and searching the area. A week later, they received a lead that Sunny had been spotted in a nearby nature preserve, but the area was dangerous due to the presence of coyotes and limited water supply. Undeterred, the rescue team set up traps, and it was Feigenbaum's own smelly socks that proved to be the key to Sunny's rescue.
