Authorities, including police and administrative officials, responded swiftly, sealing the unregistered facility. The alleged quack, identified as Arun Sharma, was apprehended. Officials have sent the deceased's body for a postmortem examination to Sadar Hospital Bhabua. A detailed inquiry is underway, with police registering an FIR based on a complaint filed by the deceased's husband. Preliminary investigations revealed the hospital lacked official registration and the operator possessed no valid medical qualifications.
The victim's husband, Dharmendra Paswan, stated he brought his wife, Ruby Kumari, to the hospital due to a high fever. After the injection administered by Arun Sharma, her condition rapidly worsened. The doctor reportedly informed the family her blood pressure had dropped and suggested transferring her to another hospital. Tragically, she was declared dead upon arrival at the referral hospital.
