A TK Maxx power bank was flagged for fire risk due to poor internal build quality. Hania Bridal Henna Paste has been withdrawn due to the presence of banned ingredient phenol, posing a chemical risk.
Furthermore, Crescent Pharma Limited recalled a batch of Ramipril 5mg capsules mistakenly filled with Amlodipine 5mg tablets. Glow & Lovely Hydraglow Rose Enrich Serum Cream also faces recall for incorrect ingredient listings and unstated fragrance allergens, impacting consumer safety.
