17 Oct

- Elderly woman received three unrelated cancer diagnoses at once.
- She underwent chemotherapy and vaginal radiation therapy for treatment.
- The patient is now in complete remission and feeling well.

An elderly woman received a stunning diagnosis of three separate, unrelated cancers at the same time. Mary Ann Thomas, 78, was diagnosed with breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and lymphoma in her fallopian tubes after an abnormal mammogram in June 2025. Initially, she was shocked, questioning the rarity of such a simultaneous diagnosis.
Her shock lessened upon learning that none of the cancers had metastasized, meaning they had not spread from their original sites. Thomas underwent six sessions of chemotherapy and vaginal radiation therapy for her treatment. She received significant support from her wife and The Canopy Cancer Survivorship Center.
Mary Ann Thomas is now in complete remission and reports feeling quite well. She expressed profound gratitude for the care she received, the support of loved ones, and her current good health.
