Reality star Sam Vanderpump is confronting a profound internal battle after being diagnosed with irreversible end-stage liver disease last year. He is currently on the transplant waiting list, with a living donor transplant being one of his options. This procedure involves a donor giving a portion of their liver, but Sam has expressed deep reservations about the potential risks to his loved ones, fearing the emotional burden if something were to happen to a donor.
