This includes advancements for the cardiac surgery program, a new linear accelerator for the cancer program, and upgrades for the emergency department, mental health services, surgery, and diagnostic imaging.
This significant investment, raised through various donations and 50/50 draws, will provide clinicians with essential tools to deliver optimal care. Funding also extends to support cancer care at the Terrace Bay and Marathon hospitals, demonstrating a broader commitment to regional health.
