Summary
- Beneficiaries receive up to ₹25 lakh cashless treatment annually.
- Scheme now offers treatment in over 30,000 hospitals nationwide.
- Rajasthan families can access healthcare outside the state.

Eligible residents of Rajasthan can now receive cashless medical treatment across India under the expanded Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya Scheme. Beneficiaries are entitled to an annual cashless treatment limit of ₹25 lakh, covering both central Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY and state scheme families.
This new outbound portability feature allows patients to utilize services at over 30,000 empanelled hospitals nationwide, including 16,000 government and 14,000 private facilities. Previously, patients often traveled to states like Gujarat and Delhi, facing substantial expenses for specialized care.
The scheme currently covers 1.36 crore families and includes approximately 2,200 treatment packages. In the first 15 days of outbound portability, about 350 patients have already availed treatment outside the state, highlighting the immediate impact of this initiative.
