Presley Gerber's final moments before his death involved a trip to a rehab facility arranged by a friend and his personal coach. According to sources, this specific Santa Monica center was chosen without the knowledge or approval of his parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and sister, Kaia Gerber. While the family had discussed Presley returning to treatment, they were unaware he would be going to this particular facility.

He arrived at the outpatient program with sober living accommodations on a Saturday evening, reportedly under the influence of a substance.
