She was transported to the Fakharpur Community Health Centre, where she delivered a healthy baby girl via normal delivery. However, her condition rapidly deteriorated post-childbirth.
Medical professionals at the district hospital discovered a severe abdominal injury, with intestines protruding and significant blood loss, indicating the self-inflicted nature of the wound.
Due to the critical state of her injuries, doctors made the decision to refer Nankai to a specialized medical facility in Lucknow for urgent and advanced treatment. The mother and her newborn are currently receiving care.
