Ollywood Star Humane Sagar Responds to Simple Commands Amid Critical Condition

As of November 17, 2025, renowned Ollywood singer Humane Sagar is showing gradual signs of improvement at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Bhubaneswar, where he has been receiving treatment. According to the latest bulletin from the hospital, Sagar's sensorium, or level of consciousness, has improved, and he is now responding to simple commands.
Sagar was admitted to AIIMS with a severe and complex medical condition, including multi-organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). This involved issues such as encephalopathy, shock, respiratory failure, acute kidney injury, liver problems, blood clotting disorders, and dilated cardiomyopathy with poor heart function. He was also suffering from bilateral pneumonia.
Despite the critical nature of Sagar's condition, the hospital reports that his sensorium has improved slightly, and he is now able to respond to simple commands. However, his overall state remains very grave, as he requires high levels of ventilator support, multiple vasopressors to maintain his blood pressure, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) dialysis for his kidney failure.
Sagar is being closely monitored by the MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) team at AIIMS, and multiple specialist doctors are involved in his treatment. He is receiving broad-spectrum antibiotics, antifungal medications, and other life-supporting measures as per standard protocols.
