The 34-year-old musician is currently on a noninvasive ventilator for breathing support as he battles multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), which has affected his lungs, kidneys, liver, and brain, causing blood clotting and blood pressure issues.
Sagar is also suffering from acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF), dilated cardiomyopathy, and pneumonia. The former Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik, has expressed his concern for Sagar's health and has shared a post on social media, praying for the singer's swift and complete recovery.
Humane Sagar, who hails from a musical family, made his debut as a singer in 2015 and has since crooned the title track of the Odia film 'Tu Hi Tu' and sung in approximately 19 Odia films, as well as released multiple singles and music albums. Fans and followers are now anxiously awaiting news of his recovery.
