- Life-altering surgeries reconstructed her face after cancer removal.
- She advocates for hope and fighting for life despite a facial difference.

In September 2022, a family vacation took a terrifying turn when a woman experienced a nosebleed followed by a painful lump, leading to a diagnosis of osteomyelitis. Further investigation revealed a devastating truth: sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma had spread into her sinuses, nose, bone, and skin.
Facing a cancer battle at 35, she underwent extensive surgeries. The initial procedure removed most of her nose and septum, with subsequent surgeries reconstructing her face using bone from her ribs and skin from her forehead. She also endured six weeks of radiotherapy and multiple procedures for infections.
Despite the physical and emotional toll, including PTSD and a changed identity, she remains a source of hope. Now 38, she uses social media to share her journey, raising awareness for rare head and neck cancers and encouraging others to fight for life. She cherishes the time with her three children, seeing her survival as a profound gift.
