Noida Authority Launches Scheme for Yoga and Wellness Centers

Noida Authority has initiated a scheme to allocate two institutional plots for the establishment of Yoga, Wellness, and Meditation Centres. This initiative is designed to foster preventive healthcare, stress reduction, and overall holistic well-being among residents.

The scheme, which commenced on October 1st and concludes on October 20th at 5 pm, is accepting online applications via the Noida Authority website. Prospective applicants must submit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 23,600 and an earnest money deposit equal to 10% of the plot's total premium.

The available plots are situated in Sector 34, measuring 1,440 sqm with a price of Rs 57,830 per sqm, and Sector 136, measuring 1,000 sqm at Rs 41,173 per sqm. Allotments will be determined following interviews, and the plots will be leased for a period of 90 years.

These proposed centres will differentiate themselves from conventional hospitals by concentrating on proactive health measures. Facilities will include yoga, meditation, fitness programs, and guidance on lifestyle and nutrition, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to physical and mental health.
