The Minister for Health and Medical Education, K. G. Arunraj, recently conducted a performance review of his department, focusing on hospital preparations for the upcoming Northeast monsoon.

During the review, newly recruited nurses were presented with their appointment orders. The meeting included senior officials from various districts, including Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Tenkasi, and Kanniyakumari.
Prior to the review, public health officials inspected primary health centers, sub-centers, and government hospitals. The findings were discussed in a subsequent SCRM meeting held at the Tirunelveli Collectorate.
