28 Feb
Summary
- A chocolate male enhancement supplement is recalled due to undeclared Tadalafil.
- Tadalafil, found in Cialis, can lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.
- The product was sold online and in retail stores, with an October 2027 expiration.

A Brooklyn-based company, USALESS.COM, has initiated a recall for its Rhino Choco VIP 10X male enhancement supplement. The product is being withdrawn from the market due to the presence of undeclared Tadalafil, a prescription drug commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction.
Tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis. Its inclusion in the chocolate supplement was not disclosed on the product's ingredients label. The company has emphasized that Tadalafil is prohibited in over-the-counter products. The recalled batch has an expiration date of October 2027 and was available for purchase through both online channels and retail outlets.
USALESS.COM issued a warning regarding Tadalafil's potential to interact with nitrates found in certain prescription medications. This interaction can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Individuals managing conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates.
The company has stated that the product has been removed from its online store pending correction of the issue. Consumers possessing the recalled supplement are urged to return it for a full refund. In 2018, the FDA had previously alerted the public about "Rhino"-branded male enhancement products due to rising health concerns linked to hidden drugs.
