Former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh has shared an overwhelmingly positive update following her recent endometriosis surgery, describing the results as "incredible" and reassuring fans she is "completely fine."

Two weeks after undergoing a laparoscopy for the condition she'd suffered with for years, Mecklenburgh posted to Instagram Stories detailing her recovery. She highlighted the minimal scarring, with incisions now "near enough invisible," and a swift return of her core strength. Mecklenburgh admitted she had previously put off the surgery due to anxiety and underestimating her symptoms compared to others.

The mother-of-two explained that while it's too soon to confirm if her symptoms have improved, her physical recovery has been remarkable. She encouraged those experiencing similar issues to consider seeking help, emphasizing that even without severe period pain, debilitating fatigue and bloating can significantly impact quality of life.
