Louise Thompson Bed-Bound Amid New Health Battle

Louise Thompson, known for her role in Made In Chelsea, has shared that she is currently confined to her bed due to a recent sickness bug. This health update follows her earlier revelation that complications from the birth of her son in 2021 have rendered her unable to carry another child.

Further compounding her health concerns, Thompson recently discovered she has a 5cm hemorrhagic ovarian cyst. While not experiencing pain from the cyst itself, she is dealing with ongoing ulcerative colitis issues. She candidly expressed frustration with the current lack of cures for common viruses.

Thompson, who has become an advocate for women's health, is actively campaigning for improvements in maternity care. Alongside former MP Theo Clarke, she is launching a petition to urge the government to appoint a commissioner overseeing maternity services, aiming for 100,000 signatures to trigger a parliamentary debate.
