Specific road closures and diversions will affect Lower Street and Northfield Avenue. From May 2 to May 5, the left-hand filter lane from Northall Street onto Lower Street will be closed, with traffic rerouted via temporary signals. Subsequently, from May 5 to May 10, four-way temporary traffic signals will manage the junction. Additionally, between May 2 and May 4, traffic management will be implemented at the Northfield Avenue roundabout and on Rothwell Road under the railway bridge. The junction to Lower Street will remain fully closed 24 hours a day throughout the duration of the works.
