Relevant departments, including municipal corporation, panchayati raj, and education, will collaborate with the health department. Prompt reporting of fever cases from any area is crucial for immediate preventive action. The Special Communicable Disease Control Campaign is scheduled from October 1 to October 31, with the Dastak Campaign running from October 12 to October 31.
Identified hotspots for vector-borne diseases include Ambedkar Nagar, Kakadeo, Sanigwan, Kalyanpur, Sujanpur, Gujaini Colony, Panki, Barra, Swaroop Nagar, Ratanlal Nagar, Chaman Ganj, Tilak Nagar, Vijay Nagar, Sarvodaya Nagar, and Chunniganj. Special surveillance and preventive activities are being implemented in these locations.
Instructions have been issued to establish fever help desks at the district hospital and all community health centers. Medical officers are directed to monitor fever patients regularly and ensure necessary malaria and dengue testing. A clarification was sought regarding the delayed information about increased dengue cases in Kishunpura, emphasizing the need for an effective local surveillance system.
