Director Gorukanti noted that arthritis affects a significant portion of India's population and can impact all age groups. He stressed the importance of early detection, timely medical care, a healthy diet, regular exercise, and routine check-ups for improved joint health and quality of life, emphasizing that age should not be a barrier to staying active. Senior orthopaedic surgeon Vikram Byre led the initiative, underscoring the role of regular movement.
