Hero Warden Saves Student in Remote Trek

A tribal welfare school warden in Andhra Pradesh's Parvathipuram Manyam district demonstrated immense courage by carrying a sick student through challenging forest paths. The 11-year-old girl, Bhuvaneswari, fell gravely ill with stomach pain and fever in her remote village, which lacks road access and transport facilities.
Recognizing the urgency, warden Hemani immediately rushed to the village. Without waiting for help, she secured the weakened student to her back and trekked approximately three kilometers over rocky, uneven ground during monsoon weather. They reached Nellikekkuva village, where a vehicle was ready to transport Bhuvaneswari to the Government District Hospital in Parvathipuram.
The student was admitted to the ICU in serious condition but is now recovering. Minister Gummadi Sandhyarani praised Hemani's commitment, stating she went far beyond her duty and exemplified true public service. Hemani humbly stated that saving the child's life was her only priority.
