Health Minister Ashley Dalton has announced her resignation from ministerial duties due to advanced breast cancer. He acknowledged her outstanding service, especially in the face of adversity. Dalton, 53, wrote in The Times that her metastatic breast cancer is incurable, but her disease is currently stable.
