A dedicated 17-member team of doctors, dentists, and support specialists from the North American Taiwanese Medical Association (NATMA) concluded a mission offering free medical care in St. Kitts and Nevis. The initiative officially began on Monday, June 1, with a meeting between St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew and NATMA head Dr. Charles Hsu.
This medical mission marks a significant step in international healthcare collaboration and aims to enhance accessibility to quality health services for the citizens of the twin-island nation. The delegates provided services across St. Kitts earlier in the week and continued their work in Nevis.
Prime Minister Drew expressed deep gratitude for the team's invaluable contribution to public health and acknowledged the continuous support from Ambassador Edward Ling-Wen Tao, highlighting the strengthening of the 40-year diplomatic partnership between Taiwan and St. Kitts and Nevis.
