A free, multi-specialty health check-up camp was recently organized in Vijayanagar 3rd Stage, bringing essential medical services closer to residents. The day-long event, which ran from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., was a collaborative effort by ClearMedi Hospitals and the Vijayanagar 3rd Stage Residents' Welfare Association.
Chamundeshwari MLA G.T. Deve Gowda inaugurated the camp, stressing the importance of preventive healthcare for a productive life. He noted that such initiatives are crucial for ensuring that specialist medical care reaches everyone, particularly those facing barriers to access.
Nearly 400 people attended the camp, availing themselves of free consultations and diagnostic services. A dedicated team of specialists from various fields, including General Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, and Oncology, provided expert medical advice and examinations.
