A 40-year-old doctor, Vinod Kumar, was found dead inside his car on the Outer Ring Road in Hyderabad, Telangana, in what appears to be a suicide. He was discovered unconscious with a cannula and an empty syringe, suggesting he injected himself with a poisonous substance. The physician worked at a private hospital and had been married for 18 years, with two sons. Following his death, his father lodged a complaint with the Keesara police, accusing his daughter-in-law of causing him severe mental stress through alleged harassment. This led to the registration of a case of abetment to suicide against the doctor's wife. Police are actively investigating the allegations, gathering evidence, and reviewing phone records and financial details. Efforts are also underway to determine the source of the poison and ascertain if Kumar communicated with anyone before his death. The body was sent for postmortem, and no suicide note was found in the vehicle.
