Summary
- Ramen bowls and fried rice recalled due to potential glass contamination.
- Beef jerky recalled for undeclared soy lecithin allergen.
- Hot tub jets recalled for entanglement and drowning risks.

Costco has alerted members to a broad spectrum of recalls encompassing a variety of items, from frozen meals to home spas, addressing issues such as undeclared allergens, foreign material contamination, and significant injury risks.
The Ajinomoto Shoyu Ramen Bowls and Ajinomoto Yakitori Chicken with Japanese-Style Fried Rice are subject to recall due to the potential presence of glass fragments. These recalls apply to products with best-by dates ranging from November 2025 through January 2027, with no reported injuries as of March 4, 2026. Members are advised to return these items for a full refund.
Further recalls include Punahele Jerky Company beef jerky products, recalled for containing undeclared soy lecithin, a known allergen. Although no adverse reactions have been confirmed, consumers with soy allergies should avoid consumption and return or discard the product. Hot Spring Spa's Highlife Collection hot tub jets are also recalled due to entanglement and drowning hazards posed by suction forces.
Owners of affected hot tubs, purchased between October 2022 and October 2025, are urged to stop using the jets immediately. Free replacement jet inserts are available without requiring the spa to be drained. Costco is notifying affected members directly regarding these recalled products.
