- Vivid dreams of motherhood experienced during a three-week coma.
- She continues to grieve the loss of her dream daughters.

A teenage girl has spoken out about her intensely vivid coma dreams after waking from a three-week unconscious state. The 19-year-old, who was in a medically-induced coma following a suicide attempt in June 2025, shocked medical staff by immediately asking for her three daughters by name.
She described experiencing "extremely intense" dreams of motherhood, including the stress of birth and the profound love and subsequent grief of one of her dream triplets, Mailee, dying shortly after birth. These dreams, which felt completely real, encompassed years of imagined experiences, from nursing to bedtime stories.
Upon waking, she was devastated to learn the children she had mothered in her dreams did not exist. A year on, she continues to feel a deep sense of loss and disconnection, stating, "I still miss my daughters today." Neurologists confirm that such detailed and realistic coma dreams are not uncommon, particularly after significant trauma.
