Colleen Hoover, the acclaimed author of 'It Ends With Us,' has shared updates on her ongoing battle with cancer. As of January 2026, she is in the final days of her radiation therapy, which she has been undergoing at Texas Oncology. Hoover initially announced her diagnosis in December 2025, explaining that she had postponed sharing the news until after filming for the movie adaptation of her novel 'Reminders of Him' concluded in Canada.

Her cancer was surgically removed, with radiation therapy being the subsequent treatment.
