- He urged men to get tested, even if they show no symptoms.

Jeremy Clarkson has shared that he had lunch with Lord Cameron to discuss their prostate cancer diagnoses.
Clarkson, 66, revealed in his series that he was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer last summer, though it was discovered early and he is now in remission.
He noted that he, Lord Cameron, and food writer Giles Coren, who have all been treated for prostate cancer, meet for lunch periodically to compare notes and discuss their experiences.
Clarkson has become a vocal advocate for prostate cancer testing, urging men to get screened even if they do not exhibit symptoms. He highlighted that approximately 10,000 to 12,000 men die annually in the UK from prostate cancer.
He also detailed experiencing complications during his treatment due to resuming blood-thinning medication for prior heart issues, describing it as a 'very big emergency'. Clarkson had previously undergone a heart procedure nearly two years prior, requiring two stents.
The Telegraph has been campaigning for targeted prostate screening, a cause supported by a national survey of urologists. Earlier this month, the Health Secretary accepted recommendations to expand a screening trial for black men aged 45 to 74.
