Summary
- Pediatric care available in all major public hospitals nationwide.
- Dialysis treatment now covers every county over 100,000 population.
- Millions of new affordable childcare slots created nationwide.

As of December 26, 2025, significant advancements in healthcare accessibility have been announced. Pediatric services are now fully integrated into all 4,845 secondary and tertiary public general hospitals across the nation, ensuring children receive timely medical attention, especially during peak illness seasons.
Furthermore, dialysis treatment is now accessible in every county with a permanent population above 100,000. This expansion, achieved through resource reallocation and the deployment of medical personnel and equipment, aims to alleviate the substantial travel burdens faced by kidney failure patients requiring regular hemodialysis.
Beyond these critical services, the country has also made strides in mental health and childcare. Over 200 types of test results are now mutually recognized within cities, and 25 provinces share medical imaging reports online. Municipalities now have psychological counseling and sleep clinics, with outpatient visits increasing substantially. Additionally, 890,000 new affordable childcare slots were established in 2025, surpassing goals and reducing care costs.
