A heartwarming reunion, dubbed "Beat of Life," brought together approximately 80 children who were previously treated by CHIME, Children's Heart Internationale MIOT. These children, along with their families, gathered at MIOT hospital to share stories of courage and resilience.
Founded in September 2007 under the leadership of MIOT Chairperson Mallika Mohandas, CHIME was established with the promise to provide life-saving heart treatment to children regardless of their financial situation. The charitable trust has since supported over 1300 children, bridging the gap between advanced medical care and social responsibility.
The reunion also honored the MIOT paediatric cardiac team for their skill and dedication, as well as the generous donors whose support made these life-changing treatments possible. The event served as a platform for sharing survival stories and inspiring hope.
