- Journaling helped him process trauma and inspired his book.

At just 22 years old, an individual from the Sutherland Shire is sharing a profound life story, detailing triumphs over adversity. He first faced Hodgkin lymphoma at the age of 10, enduring challenging treatments. Though the initial therapy proved successful, cancerous lumps reappeared when he was 12, marking a second battle with the disease.
Following his second remission, a severe anaphylactic reaction to medication introduced a new, enduring struggle: significant mental health challenges. These included frequent panic attacks, leading to diagnoses of panic disorder, PTSD, and general anxiety. For years, he avoided confronting this part of his narrative, finding it increasingly difficult during his teenage years.
Taking the advice of a psychologist, he began journaling to process his experiences and emotions. This therapeutic practice evolved into the foundation for his recently published book, 'Twice Before Twelve.' He aims to inspire readers, encouraging them to take life one step at a time, even when faced with hardship, emphasizing the preciousness of each day.
