Further violations included the absence of a chef's hygiene certificate and kitchen staff working without essential protective gear like gloves and head covers. Samples of green chilli sauce and other condiments were collected for testing. Due to these critical hygiene failures, the establishment's food operations have been suspended indefinitely, pending significant improvements in cleanliness standards.
